I have more hair now than I did before I had babies...

And that's not an exaggeration!

Popping in with another quick email, because I was looking back at old photos to make some content for social media, and I came across this one:

First of all, my hair was so long and SO thin - I miss that length, but I don’t miss how wispy and broken it was (you can see it at the top by my scrunchie).

I compared it to this photo that I took today after I blew out my hair for the first time in 3 months:

This is after 2 babies, postpartum hair loss, and continuing to color my hair.

My diet has been pretty much the same throughout, although I would mention I am definitely more adamant about eating more now and I am more regularly taking my prenatal.

But the biggest consistency over the past several months has been using these 3 products:

I also use a heat protectant any time I style my hair with heat, which is close to never.
