Happy Friday!
=
I say that as if I actually know what day of the week it is. The immediate postpartum period is weird. I heard it equated to being in an airport; time doesn’t exist 😂
I do have to agree it’s weird, because i convinced myself that I was 3 weeks postpartum this week, but I am actually, in fact, only 2 weeks pp. Jokes on me- the first 48 hours felt like its own week.

The postpartum Lying In period is weird because I feel like it’s the only time I’ll be able to fully just rest and let everyone else do stuff for me, yet I find myself getting antsy to do things again. Part of this is my inclination to always be doing something, but the other part is because I feel so good after this birth. I have to constantly remind myself that resting is going to help me get back to what I love faster.
One thing I have started doing this week is baby-wearing. I got a Solly wrap for the summer and it was THE BEST move because the fabric is soft but sturdy and breathable but supportive which is great for the Texas heat. If you’ve been thinking about getting a Solly wrap, this is your sign! You can even get a discount with the code “ARIELLE_BLOOM10”. You can also click this link and you’ll get the discount applied at checkout!

In other postpartum news, I fell off of taking my supplements for about a week but I got back to taking them this week. Just in time for GutPersonal’s Memorial Day weekend sale. This weekend my code “BLOOM” gets you 20% supplements, protocols, and testing (normally 10%). I restocked on The Healer+ probiotic, omegas, and The Miracle Worker Powder (magnesium glycinate).
Speaking of MDW specials, I am running a promotion for POW(H)ER PHYSIQUE to set you up with 6 months (24 weeks) of strength/hypertrophy training for women. Just use the code “MEMORIALDAY24” to get both PP1 and PP2 for $119 (USD) instead of $158 (USD). Interested in getting strong & lean this year? Just click this link!

I also wanted to take a moment to say remember what Memorial Day is all about: remembering those who risked it all so we could have it all. Sending major love and gratitude to anyone who has lost someone that has served ♥️
Anyway, that’s all I’ve got for this week, enjoy your weekend and I’ll see you next week. Same time same place.
Xoxo,
Arielle
