Happy Friday!

Hi Mama, happy Friday!

I planned to get our garden ready for summer this week, and instead we brought home a rescued donkey, it rained, and I found bees in the garden creating their own little hive. So I’ve been learning some new things the past 2 weeks! But the good news is, that garden shade I bought and we hung up is exactly what I needed, so I am hopeful that I can still get some things planted in the next week or so 🫠 .

Yes, I did, in fact, say that we brought home a rescued donkey- her name is Muffin (it was Wonky, and we changed it to … Muffin 😂 ). She is probably around 15ish years old, and was abandoned on this family’s property around 5 years ago. Her hooves were completely overgrown and it was so hard for her to walk. She has slowly been having her hooves trimmed back since the family found her. We will continue to do that for her and spoil her with all sorts of love (Shay’s favorite of which is treats, but we have to limit those!).

We went to a minor league baseball game this past weekend, and even though it was windy AF, it was SO fun! Minor league games have SO MUCH for kids to do, and the tickets are so cheap 10/10 recommend. Shay LOVED it. Charli slept the whole time and then threw up on the way home. It was great.

Gabe shared a really nice sentiment about marriage this week, and I wanted to share with you what he said, so you can find that on instagram HERE.

Today is the last day of the GutPersonal Spring Reset sale! When I was coaching, I was always looking for the highest quality supplements to recommend to my clients. When GutPersonal came on the scene it was like a dream come true scenario because it was all my top-recommended supplements for people in ONE place. Magnesium, probiotics, prenatal, omegas, vitamin D3. All 3rd party tested, all formulated by dietitians, and all allergen-free. That’s HUGE.

If you’re not sure where to start and you aren’t already taking magnesium (or if you are, I’d still say try this one), I’d say start there. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, I’d recommend adding the Prenatal to your supplement routine. You can even try this bundle to save. 12/10 recommend these supplements!

I have been eating these Kreatures Of Habit Overnight Oats for the past couple of months as a breakfast on the days that I work out. It makes breakfast time so much easier, and it’s the perfect pre-workout for me because I go straight from breakfast into the gym. Each packet has 30g of protein, they’re high in omegas from natural sources, there are a bunch of different flavors (my favorites are Maple Caramel and Strawberry Walnut Cream), and it takes less than 2 minutes to make. I mix the oats packet with milk the night before (let’s be real, Gabe does it for me 🫠 ), and I pull it out of the fridge in the morning and eat it! Shay likes to steal some of my “oh-meal”, too.

In case you missed it, I moved the Moms Training Club back to an Instagram broadcast channel! If you aren’t in there yet, WYD?! You can join HERE 🫶

See you in two weeks, same time same place.

Xoxo,

Arielle
