Happy 2025!

Hellooo and Happy New Year!
I have been resisting sending an email the past month, because frankly, I wasn’t really sure where I wanted to go with these emails in 2025.
I love sharing parts of our life with you, and hope that it does truly also help you in your own health/fitness/parenting journey. But here are some things that are changing:
as of right now, I won’t be taking on any more 1:1 clients - I have been resisting this change, but you can read more about why below!
I am pouring all of my energy into building up the Mom’s Training Club, my online community for moms
(not changing) you can still access my training programs on my website!
I rebranded my entire website and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ITTTT
2025 is my year to part ways with 1:1 nutrition and fitness coaching for good. It’s a scary and crazy change for me, since I have literally been coaching for over 10 years now. But it’s time for a change, and this is the first thing that I have been holding onto that has been holding me back. I’m holding onto my current clients, but won’t be opening up any more spots. Fitness and nutrition are still big pillars for me, but it will just look different as I evolve.
I will be pouring all of my energy into my community, Moms Training Club, and talking more about lifestyle, mindset, nutrition, and fitness around parenting and motherhood.
If you are a mom, I’d love for you to join my community, Moms Training Club. It’s for moms and mom-to-be’s, looking for a community of women prioritizing their health while also trying to be the best moms they can be. The community is growing, and we just started a habit reset for January to help us all get back into our normal routines again after the holidays. You’re welcome to join us anytime! Come join us here.
I am in the process of updating allllll my branding and my website to reflect this exciting shift in my content and so far I am LOVING it.
I worked with Cultivate Design on my rebranding, and I think she just KNOCKED it out of the park. It’s everything I love and was essentially just afraid to include into my branding because I felt like it “didn’t fit” but the fact that someone else literally created this branding board based on me just goes to show that we are our own worst critics holding ourselves back.
Go check out my website HERE and honestly even if you don’t love it, I hope you enjoy it 🙂

Gabe and I had our Master Plan Meeting a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to share how it went with you because it kicked off a cascading effect of changes in our home that have us working better as a team, and have drastically reduced my stress/overwhelm even while I am taking on more home duties.
Here is what we did:
I asked ChatGPT to write us out the structure for a budget and goals meeting with this prompt: “My husband and I want to have a budget and goals meeting for 2025. We have two young kids, and want to get clear on our goals for this year and going forward. Can you write a structure/questions for us to use for our meeting?”
(You can use your own personal experiences to better tailor this to your family/needs)
We dropped the babies off with grandparents and headed to a coffee shop (because we love an excuse to get coffee, and we needed to do this meeting OUTSIDE of our home).
We had an uninterrupted meeting for 3 hours where we first reflected on 2024 then talked about 2025 and then beyond.
I say I feel much less overwhelm/stress because we clearly evaluated things that weren’t working/why they weren’t working and identified areas where we could both let go of something that wasn’t serving us. For me, it was a pressure to make even my creative outlets/personal hobby things to be things that make money.
Idk if that sounds silly, but it was a big thing for me to let go of, and since doing that, I have started learning how to use a sewing machine! If you know how to do that, please help a girl out but I am enjoying learning something new without the pressure of feeling like it must be a part of my business. f
I recently shared a reel about investing in a home gym, and what the basics are to get you started. You can see the list HERE. I recognize that our current gym setup is not feasible for most people, but we didn’t start with this awesome setup. We actually started with 2 sets of dumbbells in the airstream. Then we moved into our house and worked out on our deck in all seasons. Then we moved into my parents barn, then we got a rig, and did that for almost 2 years before we built out a space on our own property.
No matter where you store your equipment, a home gym setup is just the most sure-fire way to ensure that you are going to get a workout in every day. Especially as a mom, especially if you’re busy. Even if you don’t like working out alone, lowering the barrier to entry for fitness is a major investment in YOURSELF. I learned to love working out alone/at home. You can, too, if this season requires it. Because as moms, we do what needs to be done, and that’s badass.
Anywho, lots of updates today!
See you in a couple of weeks, same time same place.
Xoxo,
Arielle
